Amiga RGBtoHDMI Tester

This is a testing device for Amiga CPLD RGBtoHDMI boards which allows you to test Amiga 500, 1000 and 2000 RGBtoHDMI boards you have built without the wear/tear and potential damage an Amiga or Denise chip.

Note: This is not compatible with fixed-logic RGBtoHDMI boards, it only works with boards that use Xilinx CPLDs.

The tester has a ZIF socket that allows for testing of Amiga 500/1000 boards and a slot for testing Amiga 2000 boards.

It has a microcontroller that generates an image instead of using a Denise chip. The test image is designed to show any potential soldering issues that may have occurred when building boards. The whole thing is powered by a micro-USB port which will power both the tester and the RGBtoHDMI board. It also includes M3 mounting holes so that you can mount it in pace anywhere you want.

With the tester you will also get a full colour manual which will show you how to use the device as well as what to look out for in the test pattern for different issues.
