Joy Board board for MiniMig DE1/DE2

This is a controller board that adds a PS/2 mouse port as well as two Amiga controller compatible ports to the Terasic DE1 / DE2 for use with MiniMig.

It is designed to work out-the-box with the MiniMig version found here: https://github.com/rkrajnc/minimig-de1

The board has hidden passive components to manage the pull-ups required and a PTC fuse for protection.
